If you are interested in volunteering at a dance (set up, greet, clean up, and other tasks), either in exchange for admission or just to volunteer, here is a list of our dances.
Thursday evening dances at Fulton
Set up - Ariel, Steve
Clean Up- (put away cords, fans, chairs. pick up left items and sweep floor.)- Steve
Currently we could use a person who can commit to helping with clean up at the end of the dance in return for admission. Clean up takes 10 to 15 minutes after dance.
Sunday Brunches at Norse Hall:
Set up- Dennis
Brunch prep and set up (budget given for this): Ariel is doing a great job currently, we do need someone to back her up as lead person for when she is unable to do it.
Door: Annika, back up people needed
Clean up (wash tables, sweep floor, empty trash, vacuum entry - Steve, Don, Pauli (back up needed)
First Saturday Blues Dance at Norse Hall
Set up - Dennis
Door- Door needs to be covered between 8:20 and 9:45 -
Clean up (sweep floor and pick up, empty trash) - Dennis, any help appreciated.
